All orders placed with in stock fabric will be completeed within 10 business days.

If fabric is not instock, then turn around time is up to 28 buisness days. 

Please confirm if fabric is in stock before ordering if needed by a specific date.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact Elizabelle James & Co. within 2 days of your delivery.

We do not accept returns on headwraps, headbands, bows, body soaps, etc. 

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way (no stains, tags must be on).

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Return shipping will be deducted from refund amount. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For debit/credit card payments it may take 2-10 business days depending on your banking institution. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Personalized/Custom made items or face masks are not eligible for refund.
