Elizabelle James & Co. knows the importance on getting your products to you quickly, and safely.

Since many of the items are handmade, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to ship, for fabric in stock.

As I supply items from different companies to provide unique experiences and offer a variety of fabric, delays in shipping can be up to 25 business days.

Please reach out for an exact time estimate for shipping times for items.

Free Shipping on orders over $100, under that amount will be calculated a checkout based on weight of the items.

Items will be sanitized and thoughtfully cared for when packaged.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact Elizabelle James & Co. within 2 days of your delivery.

We do not accept returns on headwraps, headbands, bows, body soaps, etc.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way (no stains, tags must be on).

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Return shipping will be deducted from refund amount. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For debit/credit card payments it may take 2-10 business days depending on your banking institution. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Personalized/Custom made items or face masks are not eligible for refund.
